EFFECTIVE August 1 – No rental checks or money order will be taken. If for any reason, you do not have your tenant portal setup, please contact the office.

- August 1: Rent Due
- August 2-4: Tax-free weekend
- August 5: Rent is LATE
- August 14 & 15: Annual “Back to School” Give Away
Reminders:
- All pick-ups should be done before 5pm.
- Change air filters to ensure is blowing efficiently
School is almost back in session:
