Recipe of the Month: Cheesecake stuffed strawberries
What you need:
- 1 lb of large strawberries
- 1 (8oz) pack of cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbs vanilla extract
- 1 graham cracker (smashed)
- Using a pairing knife, cut bottoms of strawberries and hollow out the tops. Set strawberries aside.
- Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until creamy.
- Place mixture into a piping bag and fill the strawberries with the cheesecake mixture.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the tops of the strawberries. Serve immediately and enjoy!
